Speakers get 1 minute, but you can cede your time to others who need more time.Here, in a nutshell, is what the new ordinance allows:- Residents can short-term rent room(s) in their homes 365 days a year- Residents can short-term rent their entire primary residence for up to 6 months per year- A primary residence is one that is lived in at least 6 months of the year by the resident- Homes that are not primary residences, cannot be STVROn July 16, the ordinance passed 6-3, with Bry, Zapf, Gomez, Cole, Kersey & Ward in Favor; and Sherman, Cate & Alvarez Opposed.
