After four months of renovations the Pacific Beach/Taylor Library will fully re-open to the public, with full services, starting Wednesday, August 1. The Earl & Birdie Taylor Library was built thanks to a generous donation from the Taylor family, library supporters and and early real estate developers in Pacific Beach.
